*I ask that each child have a Ziploc bag with an emergency change of clothing, shoes, and underwear labeled with their name*

Student Basics:

• 1 regular-sized backpack
• Gallon sized Ziploc bag with an emergency change of clothing and underwear
• 1 lunchbox for snack with name on lunchbox
• Reusable water bottle
• 1 box of Crayola Twistable crayons
• 1 box of washable markers
• 1 pack of Large glue sticks
• white Elmer's glue
• skinny Expo markers (black)
• 3-5 containers of playdough (any color)

• 2 DOZEN #2 SHARPENED PENCILS TICONDEROGA ONLY  (The other brands do not sharpen properly and lose erasers. Sharpened is preferred. These will be shared with the class throughout the year.)
• 3 WIDE-RULED COMPOSITION BOOKS

• SCISSORS- short length

• 24 PACK CRAYONS (NO LARGER)

Fifth Grade Supply List – 2026/2027

Individual Supplies: 

• 5 each Mead composition notebook (No plastic covers, please)
• 3 pair of scissors- labeled with student name (1 per trimester)
• 3 packages of #2 Ticonderoga pencils 24 count (1 per trimester)
• 3 Pencil sharpeners with lid- labeled with student name (1 per trimester)
• 3 packs of Colored pencils (12-24, one pack per trimester) 
• 1 pack of ULTRA FINE tip Sharpie markers in black
• 1 pack of highlighters
• 1 pack of skinny Expo Fine tip dry erase markers
• 1 each whiteboard eraser or a clean sock that can be used to erase our whiteboards
• 3 packs of glue sticks (one per trimester)
• 1 each 1 1/2” binder with pockets (please, no bigger and no zippers)
• 1-2 packages of wide ruled binder paper with at least 150 sheets
• 1 pair of headphones to be used for testing and for iReady lessons
• 1 White cotton T-shirt or Long Sleeve T-shirt for tie-dying (to be worn on field trips all
• year, so consider that your child will grow)

Anything that you could contribute for whole-class use would be greatly 

appreciated. Some items needed are:

Ultra-fine Sharpies (We use them a lot, and they wear out)

Pencil sharpeners with lids (They break and get lost, so extras help)
